Greetings North Spring Stingray Family!

Welcome to our 2022 swim season! Whether you are a family with a new swimmer or a veteran swim team family, we are excited to be having a swim season and welcome everyone to this year! . The website is open and ready for your registration! https://northspring.swimtopia.com/

We do have new bylaws to share with you. They are the guidelines we use to run the swim team. The entirety of the bylaws are attached but incase you want the abridged version, here are the highlights:

• Any member of the North Spring community can serve as an At-Large Member of the Board;
• At-Large Members who serve as Coordinators no longer have a Board Meeting attendance requirement to stay active Board Members as long as Board Officers are kept in the loop of committee progress and issues.
• Although input is always welcome by all Board Members, all motions and issues requiring voting will be held during the Board Officer's Meeting only.

If you are interested in participating on the Board as either a Committee Chair or as an At-Large Member, please respond to this e-mail with interest. These are just some of the roles that we have open:

We use the Group Me app to keep our lines of communication open. If you are interested in any position, even as a Member at Large, please respond to this email with your phone number so we can add you to the app group.

We are extremely excited to have a swim season this year and I know our swimmers are too!! We can’t wait to “see you at the pool!” Please email us with any questions, ideas, comments or concerns.
