Friday Practice and Pasta Pep Rally

Condensed practice followed by Pasta Pep Rally on Friday.

4:30-5:00 15-18 age group

5:00-5:30 6 and under age group

5:30-6:00 6-10 age group

6:00-6:30 11-14 age group

5 min warm up, Coaches tell swimmers their events for the meet. 15 min run through of their events that they will be doing the next day with starting blocks, stroke, and turns. Any last-minute advice/instruction to improve time as well as questions from swimmer to coach about strokes and meet, basically a dry run but they will be wet :) 10 minutes of free time. Practice is not mandatory but highly recommended to get swimmer ready for the meet the next day.

6:30-7:30pm pasta pep rally with food, posters, markers, car chalk.( we can do the age group bring a certain item of pasta, salad, desert, and bread like in the past).

Pasta Pep Rally - Friday, May 24th 6:30-7:30 in the park.
We've divided the age groups, please bring an item to share according to the list below.

8 & Unders - Bread (bread sticks, garlic bread, Texas Toast)

9-14 - Pasta - (spaghetti & meatballs, chicken alfredo, pasta salad)

15-18 - Salad & dressings - (garden, caesar)

We will have lemonade for no charge

Sodas will be sold for $1 each

Bring your own drinks and chairs. The kids will be decorating cars and posters for Saturday's meet, bring supplies (markers, car makers, poster board, etc.) to participate.
